Our policies

Kaz'alala Hosted B&B has 11 Standard rooms (Double occupancy), 5 Standard Triple rooms (3 persons) and 2 Family rooms (2 adults + 2 kids upto 12 years or 3 adults).

     

        Airport transfers can be organised:

        • In a private car for up to 3 persons at Mur 2200 per way
        • In a minibus for up to 8 persons at Mur 3500 per way

        Children' Policies:

        • Babies and children from 0 to 11.99 years stay for free on Bed & Breakfast basis.
        • 2 children under 12 years in their own room, 75% of Double Adult Room Rate.
        • 2 children above 12 years in their own room, same as Double Adult Room Rate.

        Travel Insurance :

        • We encourage all our guests to take a comprehensive travel insurance so that if for any reason your trip is cancelled, you can claim for your loss.

        Early check-in and late check-out policy:

        • Early Check in & Late Check Out will at full room rate.

         

        Minimum Stay:

        • Minimum of stay 2 nights.

        Cancellation policy:

        • All reservations cancelled 24 to 8 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of total accommodation charges.
        • All reservations cancelled 7 to 1 day(s) prior to arrival will be charged at 75% of total accommodation charges.
        • In case of no-show, full accommodation charges will be charged.

        Payment Policy:

        50% of the total reservation amount will be taken at time of booking.

        We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
